Welcome to the SSA | Bienvenue a l'AÉS
The full program of the Sexuality Studies Association’s 11th annual conference is now available! The at-a-glance program is also available separately.
The SSA 2023 conference will take place at York University’s Keele Campus over the course of three days, May 29-31. There is a TTC (subway) stop located centrally on campus.
All SSA panels and events (except the Keynote) will take place in Curtis Lecture Halls G, H, and K. CLH G is accessed from the first floor. CLH H and K are both accessed from the second floor. The Curtis Lecture Halls are in the centre of campus, near the Scott Library.
The SSA’s greeting and information table will be located outside Curtis Lecture Hall M (room 206). Coffee and other beverages will be served here. This is also where you can ask questions, get free masks, and find copies of the conference program. Someone will always be stationed here to help you out should you need it.
Please be aware that masks are recommended on campus by York University, but are not mandated. However, to ensure safety and accessibility for all our members and conference participants, masks are required at all SSA-scheduled conference events that are taking place at York University.
There are food vendors and restaurants located throughout campus, but many are concentrated in York Lanes located a short distance from the SSA’s conference rooms.
